  • 200 grams Imitation Crab
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 4 pieces Nori Sheets
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice: break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice grains.

Step 2

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then let it cool slightly.

Step 3

Place the cooked cauliflower rice in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much water as possible.

In a bowl, mix the dried cauliflower rice, cream cheese, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until well combined. This will be your fake 'sushi rice'.
