  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 120 milliliters Coconut cream
  • 60 grams Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 30 grams Sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray and roast in the oven for about 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
