Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the daikon radishes and use a crinkle cutter or mandolin slicer with a waffle blade to cut them into waffle-shaped slices about 1/4 inch thick.
