  • 0.5 cup strawberries
  • 0.25 cup roasted pecans
  • 0.25 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 large avocado
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
