  • 1 pound Chicken breast

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks Celery stalks, diced
  • 1 medium Carrot, diced
  • 8 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 16 ounces Shirataki noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

Add the chicken to the pot, cooking for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
