Ingredients

  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 Zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 cup Purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add coconut oil.

Step 2

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
