  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder

  • 2.25 teaspoons Active dry yeast
  • 0.25 cup Warm water (110°F to 115°F)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the active dry yeast, warm water, and sugar. Stir and let sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy. The sugar is consumed by the yeast and will not affect carb count significantly.
