Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons Chives
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels, then crumble when cool enough to handle.

While the bacon is cooking, prepare the dressing. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
