  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell peppers (red and green), sliced

  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing all your vegetables. Wash and cut the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets, slice the bell peppers into strips, slice the zucchini, and clean and slice the mushrooms.

Step 2

In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
