Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Vegemite
  • 0.5 Avocado
  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then whisk in melted butter until well combined.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until a batter forms. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
