  • 0.5 cup Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

Melt the butter and then add it to the dry ingredients. Mix in the egg to form a dough.
