Ingredients

  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 10 pieces Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 60 grams Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Slice cherry tomatoes into quarters and place them in a bowl.

Step 3

Chop the fresh basil leaves finely and add them to the tomatoes.

Step 4

Finely mince the garlic cloves and add to the tomato mixture.

Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
