Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef to the skillet. Stir-fry the beef for about 3-4 minutes until it is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced red bell pepper and zucchini. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3 minutes until they are just tender-crisp.
