  • 2 cups Water
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Wash the lobsters under cold running water to clean them thoroughly.

Step 2

Fill a large pot with 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Insert a steamer basket into the pot, ensuring the water does not touch the bottom of the basket.

Place the lobsters in the steamer basket head first. Cover the pot with a lid and steam the lobsters for about 18-20 minutes for two lobsters or until the lobsters turn bright red and the meat is opaque.
