  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 mix)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese (slices)
  • 4 leaves Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 8 slices Pickles
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

Directions

Step 1

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions, about 4 oz each, and gently roll them into balls. Do not overwork the meat to keep the burgers tender.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Season each beef ball evenly with the spice mixture.

Slice the tomato into four thick rounds and set aside.
