  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, quartered
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1
