  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 0.5 pound Ground sausage
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce, sugar-free
  • 1 cup Additional mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves, optional

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until the cheese is mostly melted.

Step 3

Stir the cheese mixture until well combined, then add the egg, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
