  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 4 medium sausage patties
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices tomato slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan.
