Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Step 2

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it is browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
