Ingredients

  • 400 grams Sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 120 grams Unsalted butter
  • 100 grams Sugar-free marshmallows
  • 60 grams Almonds, roughly chopped
  • 60 grams Pecans, roughly chopped
  • 40 grams Unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a double boiler or heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt the sugar-free dark chocolate and unsalted butter together. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

Step 3

Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.

Step 4

Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly, just until it is no longer piping hot but still fluid.
