  • 4 slices keto bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the sandwich spread. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.

Slice the tomato into thin slices and season them with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Take the keto bread slices and spread each with a thin layer of unsalted butter. This will help toasting them into a golden-brown crust.
