Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium-low heat.
Add the sugar-free marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
