  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and salt.

Melt the butter, then add it to the flour mixture along with one beaten egg and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
