Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 2 cups Cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 3 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce, or coconut aminos for strict keto
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 8 Egg wraps (such as Egglife)
  • 0 Avocado oil, for frying
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pork and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Stir in the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and sliced green onions. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Pour in the soy sauce (or coconut aminos), sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
