  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans
  • 0.33 cup Erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, coconut flakes, chopped pecans, erythritol, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.

In another bowl, mix the berries with lemon juice and xanthan gum. Stir until the berries are well coated.

Step 5

Spread the berry mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Step 6

Crumble the dough mixture evenly over the berries, ensuring that it covers the entire surface.

Step 8

Let the crumble cool for a few minutes before serving. It can be served warm or at room temperature.
