  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sea salt, and xanthan gum.
