  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning (sugar-free)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Sliced jalapeños
  • 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 Diced avocado
  • 0.5 cup Chopped tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, chia seeds, hot water, olive oil, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Remove the top parchment paper, then cut the dough into triangle chip shapes.

Transfer the chips with the bottom parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
