Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 15 pepperoni slices
  • 8-10 fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until melted. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Add 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.
