Directions

Step 1

Start by washing all the mixed berries thoroughly and allowing them to drain well. Peel, pit, and dice the peaches.

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine mixed berries, peaches, and water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

As the fruit begins to soften, use a potato masher or fork to crush the fruit to your preferred consistency.

Add the powdered erythritol and lemon juice to the fruit mixture, stirring well to ensure everything is combined.
