  • 1 Egg
  • 50 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, almond flour, and Parmesan cheese.

Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
