Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until melted, stirring halfway through.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.
