  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Sugar-free tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 20 Pepperoni slices
  • 10 Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, until the cheese is melted and easy to mix.

Step 3

Stir the melted cheese mixture until smooth. Add 1 cup of almond flour, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 0.25 teaspoon of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
