  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Optional: fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted and smooth when stirred.
