Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cups coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons sea salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter for frying

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir well to mix the dry ingredients.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, and heavy cream until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
