  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Boiling water
  • 6 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium, sliced Tomato
  • 0.5 sliced Cucumber
  • 0.25 thinly sliced Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground cumin, ground coriander, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well using your hands until the spices are evenly distributed.

Shape the lamb mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking tray.
