  • 8 leaves iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.
