  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, for frying

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
