Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Erythritol, powdered
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Step 4

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until you have a thick batter.

Step 5

Fill the prepared donut pan with the batter, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the donuts are firm to the touch and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 7

Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 8

To make the glaze, whisk together the heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.

Step 9

Once the donuts are cooled, dip each donut into the glaze to cover the top, allowing any excess to drip off.

Step 10

Place the glazed donuts back on the rack and let the glaze set for about 10 minutes before serving.
