Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion into rough chunks. Reserve a few small pieces of each type of vegetable for garnish if desired.

Peel the garlic cloves and roughly chop them.
