Ingredients

  • 100 grams Almond flour

  • 30 grams Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 60 grams Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of granulated erythritol. Stir gently to coat the berries. Set aside.
