  • 0.5 whole Avocado
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 slices Ham

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate the eggs, placing the egg whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the egg whites with the baking powder until stiff peaks form.
