Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup Almond flour

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the chicken drumsticks with paper towels. Set aside.

In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form the coating mixture.
