Ingredients

  • 2 slices thick-cut bologna slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 4 slices kosher pickle slices

Directions

Step 1

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the bologna slices to the skillet.

Fry the bologna for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crisp along the edges.
