Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 2 large Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 serving Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and baking powder.

Add in the egg, melted butter, and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If it's too sticky, add a little more almond flour.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

While the dough is chilling, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
