Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the eggs, placing the egg whites in a large mixing bowl and the yolks in another bowl.
Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the egg yolks and whisk until well combined and smooth. Set aside.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the egg whites.
Spoon the mixture into four even portions on the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into round bread-like shapes.
