  • 8 pieces Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece avocado
  • 4 slices almond flour bread

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a full boil over high heat.

Once boiling, cover the pan with a lid and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit in hot water for 9 minutes.

Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for 5 minutes.
