Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Almond flour bread
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook, occasionally stirring with a spatula, until the eggs are just set but still soft, about 3-4 minutes.

While the eggs are cooking, spread mayonnaise on one side of each almond flour bread slice.
