Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
