Ingredients

  • 2 medium heads cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower heads. Cut them into florets.

Step 3

Fill a large pot with water, bring to a boil, and add the cauliflower florets. Boil for 8-10 minutes or until tender.

Drain the cauliflower well and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
