  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices Ham slices
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Butter one side of each slice of low-carb bread evenly using half a tablespoon per slice.

Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the unbuttered side of both slices of bread.

Layer one slice of cheddar cheese on the mustard side of one bread slice.
